Visit by the President of the National Institute of Development Administration

A delegation led by President Pradit Wanart from a reputable higher education institution in Thailand, the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), visited Macao Polytechnic Institute (MPI) on March 16th.

Professor Lei Heong Iok, President of MPI, extended his warm welcome to the first Thai college delegation ever to visit MPI. President Lei gave a brief introduction to MPI to the delegation by pointing out its support for teaching, learning and research in practical disciplines such as Business Administration and Public Administration, which are the most popular majors for enrolment. He also noted that the graduates of the aforementioned majors were well-received by the job market.

Professor Pradit Wanart, President of NIDA, observed that MPI’s campus is small yet well-equipped with teaching facilities. He also congratulated MPI on its successful Institutional Review conducted by the internationally prominent Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, UK. In addition, Professor Wanart strongly agreed with MPI's educational values and hoped to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with MPI so as to benefit developments for both parties.
