The event featured various sports activities, including Chinese martial arts, rock climbing, yoga and dragon boating, enabling students to experience the enjoyment of sports.
Mário, a student from Guinea-Bissau, stated that, with professional instructors in the activities, students were able to improve their health, enhance their well-being, develop healthy living habits and learn about the importance of physical fitness. A student who participated in the rock climbing said that the activity encouraged them to embrace new challenges and taught them about climbing. Throughout the event, with encouragement from the coach and fellow students, he was determined never to give up, and ultimately succeeded. He also realised that as long as one perseveres, any goal can be achieved.
