MPU FCG Student Team Wins the Championship at HSBC/UM Macau Business Case Competition

A team of students from the Faculty of Business (FCG) of Macao Polytechnic University (MPU) won the Championship in the HSBC/UM Macau Business Case Competition 2025. MPU has now achieved two consecutive championships in the same competition. This year’s competition attracted 8 outstanding teams from universities in Macao, aiming to enhance business analytic abilities and global perspectives of local university students.  

The team “Supernova” composed of FCG students Visan Wang, Yoyo Wang, Suki Chin and Mandy Shi, under the guidance of Lecturer Natalie Pang, demonstrated strong teamwork abilities, excellent market analysis skills, and innovative business strategic recommendations. As the only team from MPU, after keen competition “Supernova” successfully entered the final round and eventually won the Championship.

The team will represent Macao to participate in the HSBC/HKU Asia Pacific Business Case Competition 2025 in Hong Kong in early June, competing with 23 other outstanding teams from world-renowned universities.
