Macao Polytechnic University (MPU) Badminton Team exhibited outstanding performances and team spirit at the 2024-2025 Macao University Badminton Championship, organised by the Macau Universitarian Sports’ Association, achieving remarkable results by winning championships in Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men’s Doubles and Women’s Doubles, as well as runners-up in Mixed Doubles and third place in both Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles, bringing honour to MPU.

This year, the Macao University Badminton Championship was intensely contested by students from various local universities. Iek Weng Kai, the coach of the MPU Badminton Team, stated that thanks to the team members' exquisite skills and outstanding teamwork they became the team that won the most awards.

The team members stated that through the coach's encouragement they were able to perform to their full potential. Upon winning a championship, everyone celebrated together, demonstrating the team spirit of the MPU Badminton Team. They were looking forward to achieving even better results in future competitions.
