To help students stay updated on industry development and employment market trends, and to connect academic knowledge with career development, the Student Affairs Office of Macao Polytechnic University (MPU) arranged an Enterprise Visit under its career development activity series and organised a student visit to hotels and facilities under the Galaxy Entertainment Group. Through on-site visits and discussions, students expanded their knowledge of how enterprises function and are managed, gained insights into the latest market trends and talent requirements, and investigated potential career paths.

Students visited Galaxy International Convention Centre, Galaxy Auditorium, Multi-functional Conference Room, Andaz Macao and other facilities to gain insight into the operations and management of the enterprise. The students said that the series of inspection activities enabled them to swiftly acquire cutting-edge information of the industry, understand the company’s expectations for talent skills, and be well prepared for future career development plans.

MPU places significant emphasis on fostering students’ professional knowledge and practical skills. By strengthening collaboration between the university and enterprises, MPU encourages students to step beyond the classroom, engage with local companies, and explore career development opportunities.
