In order to showcase the achievements of music education and to promote local music, arts and cultural exchanges, Macao Polytechnic University (MPU) held the “2025 Music Spring Gala Concert”, showcasing a captivating series of selected performances by students on the Bachelor of Arts in Music Programme in the Faculty of Arts and Design (FAD) at MPU. The concert featured a delightful array of both Chinese and Western instruments, as well as vocal performances, and it demonstrated what the students had learned from the classroom and how they had improved their musicianship.

The students performed Chinese and foreign classical and modern music with their rich emotions and skills in the concert, drawing a large audience of music lovers who  responded with enthusiastic applause and cheers. Through the “2025 Music Spring Gala Concert”, the students were able to apply their classroom learning to actual performances, enhancing their artistic impact and training their live performance skills, and overall demonstrating excellence in music education and the nurturing of performing arts talents of MPU.

The Bachelor of Arts in Music Programme focuses on cultivating students’ artistic sensibility and professional skills, actively promoting the development of music education. The University looks forward to hosting more such musical events in the future, encouraging students to continue their exploration and growth in the field of music.
