MPU Dragon Boat Team Clinches Multiple Awards at the “2025 Macao International Dragon Boat Races”
The Best Drummer Award was presented to MPU student Leong Weng Kei by Sam Hou Fai, Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative RegionThe Macao Polytechnic University (MPU) Dragon Boat Team competed in the “2025 Macao International Dragon Boat Races” with multiple crews. Through their remarkable teamwork and competitive spirit, they secured multiple awards and outstanding achievements, bringing great honour to the university.
The “2025 Macao International Dragon Boat Races” were held at the Nam Van Lake Nautical Centre. The MPU Dragon Boat Team fielded four crews across three competition categories: the Macao University Student Small Dragon Boat Race - Open Category (200m), the Macao Standard Boat Race - Open Category (500m), and the Macao University Student Invitation Standard Dragon Boat Race - Open Category (500m). Demonstrating dedication and teamwork, MPU Dragon Boat Teams achieved remarkable results, securing multiple team and individual awards.
