MPU CEC is Now Accepting Enrolment for the Courses in 3rd Quarter of 2025

In order to promote the diversification of Macao’s economic development and cultivate professional and comprehensive talents in Macao, the Centre for Continuing Education (CEC) of Macao Polytechnic University (MPU) will launch over 50 professional practical training courses in the third quarter of 2025, which cover areas of FinTech knowledge, public administration, social work, business application, language communication, technology and engineering, tourism and convention, nursing, youth training, and arts and design. The courses are now open for enrolment, and all are welcome to enrol.

The “Application of Psychological Skills in Practical Management” Course is launched for the first time, aiming to help participants understand the application of psychological skills in workplaces so as to enhance the motivation of teams,  understand the psychological needs of clients, increase the chances of success for personal careers and enterprises, and to better learn self-management of stress and emotions.

In addition, the Centre will continue offering the “FinTech and Industry Practice” course, in collaboration with the Macau Institute of Financial Services (IFS), which is included in the Macao SAR Government's "Continuing Professional Development Programme for Insurance Intermediaries" (CPD), in order to help financial practitioners and interested individuals acquire the latest FinTech knowledge and application skills.

The training courses for this quarter are part of the Continuing Education and Development Programme of the Education and Youth Development Bureau of the Macao SAR government, and students are welcome to settle the tuition fees through their personal accounts. Moreover, a number of courses have also been recognised by the Macau Health Professions Council as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training activities, and by the Professional Council of Social Workers of Macau SAR Government as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities for social workers.
