Co-organised by Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM) and Macao SAR Government’s Education and Youth Development Bureau, the “2025 Macao Student Fashion Creativity Competitions” has been successfully held. This competition encompassed four events and attracted 57 participating students from 24 schools. MPU student Wong Weng Kei, who is a current student in the Bachelor of Arts in Design from the Faculty of Arts and Design, has won the title in the “Macao Student Visual Merchandising Competition” with her outstanding creative talent, bringing great prestige to the University.

The theme of this competition was “Great China”, encompassing four events: “Macao Students Fashion Technology Competition”, “Macao Student Visual Merchandising Competition”, “Macao Student Beauty Technology Competition” and “Macao Student Fashion Illustration Competition”. After rigorous selection, training and competition, MPU student Wong Weng Kei outperformed the other participants and won the first prize in the “Macao Student Visual Merchandising Competition”.

Wong Weng Kei stated that she had gained substantial knowledge in highlighting product features and optimizing space layout, providing her with a platform to accumulate valuable practical experience and that she had benefited greatly during the competition. This competition inspired her to continuously pursue progress and to explore the vast potential within the Arts discipline.
