BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Mok Sao In possesses rich administrative management experience and professional capabilities. During her long-term service at MPU, she has witnessed the construction and development of the university's administrative system and has in-depth knowledge of the overall administrative management operations. While serving as Head of the University Affairs Department, she has consistently provided administrative support to the university, including assisting the Secretary-General in managing various administrative departments and ensuring proper administrative and logistical support. In carrying out major tasks (such as the university's charter revision, name change, and the Academic Building project) in particular, she has provided comprehensive administrative management and research coordination work, ensuring the smooth completion of designated objectives. As the coordinator of administrative affairs at the university level, Ms Mok has maintained close communication and liaison with relevant units inside and outside the university. During her past year as Acting Secretary-General, she has coordinated and supervised the overall operation of the university's administrative system, with responsibilities including university-wide administration, finance, human resources, project procurement, campus management, and information technology. Ms Mok has led her team to successfully complete the Academic Building project, researched and advanced the revision of personnel regulations, improved administrative management and various internal standards, and enhanced the university's internal governance and administrative efficiency. Ms. Mok Sao In actively participates in higher education and community services. She was involved in the establishment of the MPU alumni association and has served as Subdirector-General of the Macao Higher Education Development Promotion Association since 2025. Additionally, Ms Mok has received training in practical legal knowledge, team building, quality management, and diplomatic protocol, while possessing excellent Chinese, Portuguese, and English language competence. She combines professional knowledge with practical experience and has a profound understanding of government policy directions, administrative procedures, and higher education management affairs.
