虛擬仿真學習對護理本科學生能力的影響:一項多中心准實驗研究

摘要

背景:新冠肺炎疫情使得面對面的授課不定時地被中斷,使得護士學生在臨床實習的機會大減。虛擬仿真是一種新興的技術,它讓學生能够在安全、真實的在線環境中與患者互動。目前,人們對虛擬仿真如何滿足護理教學目標知之不多。

目的:探討虛擬仿真學習對護理本科生能力的影響。

方法:本研究是單組前後測設計,本研究在澳門和廣州的三所大學進行。2022年3月至6月,共有34名護理專業本科學生參加了這項研究。參與者參與3次vSim虛擬仿真學習,教學前後完成在線問卷。每次vSim虛擬仿真學習歷時1小時,包括學習前在線測驗、在線護理患者及給予參與者護理程序表現的個性化反饋、學習後在線測驗。

結果:配對t檢驗結果顯示,教學前後學生在知識(t = 2.118, p = 0.042)和學習興趣(t = 3.171, p = 0.003)方面得分的差異有統計學意義,但在批判思維(t = 0.495, p = 0.624)、人文關懷(t = 0.085, p = 0.933)和跨專業合作(t = 1.924, p =0.063)方面得分的差異無統計學意義。

結論:虛擬仿真學習能有效地培養護理本科學生的知識和學習興趣。建議護理教育者和虛擬仿真平台開發者共同合作,以提升虛擬仿真平台在培養護理學生的批判思維、人文關懷和跨專業合作方面的效果。
