Creative Planning Talent Development Programme
The Creative Planning Talent Development Programme aims to equip students with professional skills and knowledge in the following tracks: copywriting, creative media and event organisation. Through training opportunities and practical experiences, students become diverse and innovative talents proficient in creative expression, visual communication, branding and community outreach, laying a solid foundation for their career development in the cultural and creative as well as MICE industries.
Target
- Macao Polytechnic University current students
- Proficient in both Chinese and English writing
- Passionate about interpersonal communication and discovering interesting stories on campus
- Active in social media, e.g. Instagram, Linkedin, Wechat, Xiaohongshu, with certain understanding of media operations
- Equip with aesthetic and design skills
- Being insightful, organisational and creative
- Familiar with multimedia design, videography and animation production
Application and Selection
Please fill out the online application form (to be provided later) before the application deadline. Selection process will be informed via email after the application deadline.
Programme Content
- Create, translate and compile multimedia content (texts, images, videos, etc.)
- Track, analyse and organise social media platform materials
- Develop social media operation plans and schedules, as well as new media and network promotion channels
- Assist in event planning and take up various positions in event management
- Complete the arranged weekly trainings which lasts for one academic year (from September to April of the following year in principle)

- Certificate award for recognition of completing one-year training; Opportunity of receiving book coupons valued MOP1,000 as a commendation for students with "Excellent" performance
- The programme has been registered at the University's e-portfolio system. Students who complete the above-mentioned training content are considered to have participated in 10 activities registered in the system for the current academic year
