Wong Weng Ian, a bachelor’s student in Physical Education at MPU and member of the Macao sports delegation, brought honour to Macao with her stellar performance at the 31st FISU World University Games. She secured two silver medals in the women’s Jianshu and Qiangshu events. Remarkably, this was her inaugural participation in an adult competition, making her achievement even more impressive. Lam Ieong Kun, an active and renowned designer from Macao on the international stage, has won numerous awards in many world-class competitions. Last year, he triumphantly won the Gold and Bronze prizes at the American ADC Annual Design Awards, the “Yellow Pencil” at the UK’s Design and Art Direction (D&AD) Awards, and the Gold prize at the Pentawards Global Packaging Design Awards.
