               Programme Objectives
               To develop a strong and solid foundation in the area of accounting and financial management
               related disciplines, which students can draw upon to sit for certified public accounting exams,
               as  well  as  to  prepare  themselves  for  advancing  to  senior  officer  positions  in  corporate
               environment with the skills and expertise expected from certified professionals.

               Quality Assurance
               This  programme  is  accredited  by  ACCA  (Association  of  Chartered  Certified  Accountants)  and
               CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountants). Graduates are exempted from nine papers of
               ACCA  examinations  and  have  full  foundation  level  exemption  for  CPA  Australia.  It  has  also
               received favourable comments from the review of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of
               Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ).

               Graduate Prospects
               Graduates are expected to possess the potential and ability to engage in such careers as public
               accounting professionals, financial and management practitioners in corporate environment, as
               well as in the government and nonprofit making sectors. More importantly, as a result of the
               program’s  practitioner-orientation  by  exposing  students  to,  and  keeping  them  abreast  of,
               contemporaneous  issues  in  local  and  global  environment,  graduates  would  be  able  to  draw
               conclusion  and  form  opinions  confidently,  should  any  of  such  issues  arise  in  their  careers.
