Prof. Chen is Head and Associate Professor of the Department of Management at Lingnan University. She received her Ph.D. from City University of Hong Kong. Her research interests include creativity and innovation at the individual and team levels, leadership, and proactivity and prosociality. Tingting has published in internationally leading journals, including Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Management Studies.
