陳婷婷博士現任香港嶺南大學商學院管理學系主任、副教授。 她在香港城市大學獲得博士學位。她的研究興趣包括個人和團隊層面的創造力和創新、領導力、主動性和親社會性。在國際領先期刊上發表文章，包括Journal of Applied Psychology、Personnel Psychology、Journal of Management、Organizational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes、Journal of Management Studies。
