Congratulations to FCG Teams for Outstanding Achievement in the Greater Bay Area Youth Entrepreneurship Competition!

Teams from the Faculty of Business (FCG) achieved excellent results in the Cyberport Greater Bay Area Youth Entrepreneurship Programme 2024/25, with two teams selected among the top 10 winning projects.

The awarded projects include “Xinglin Yuan – Traditional Chinese Medicine Enlightenment Game (Cantonese Herbal Tea)”, led by Mr Ieong Chi Hang, a Year-4 student from the Bachelor of E-Commerce Programme, and “AI Photography”, developed with the help of Ms Dai Xin, a 2024 graduate from the same programme. Each winning team will receive HK$100,000 in seed funding from the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund, along with entrepreneurial support such as business consultation and networking opportunities.

This year’s competition attracted 392 students (from undergraduate to doctoral levels) from around 48 universities across Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. Ultimately, only 10 teams (comprising 43 members in total) were selected as winners. The success of FCG teams highlights the students’ exceptional abilities and innovative spirit, significantly contributing to the development of Macao’s Chinese medicine health industry and advanced technology sectors.
