活動簡介 Introduction：
|
The symposium aims to place hospitality and tourism education (HTE) under scrutiny by unearthing innovative HTE paradigms and practices that could address the needs of the hospitality and tourism industries in the forthcoming decade. In particular, we need to envisage the future and consider how we should educate our students in hospitality and tourism in ways that can enable students: to value interpersonal services, be capable of working with AI algorithms and robotics while being empathetic and productive, to maintain high skill sets ranging from food services to experience design, to utilize the big data generated from guests and clients with a purpose to better serve guests and clients, and to actively seek solutions of offering low or zero carbon hospitality and tourism products. |
