The contents include nursing management process; quality management system; patient safety and risk management; concept and procedure of goal management; and management of human and materials resources; leadership style, communication skills, interpersonal conflict management; organizational culture, management model; risk management; the concept of quality management; and methods of quality management and indicators for assessing care services.

In the clinical internship, students can describe the function and operation of the health care system and nursing activities; apply specialized nursing knowledge and skills to maintain the optimal health status of service objects or specific populations through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation; provide Specialized nursing practice for individuals, families and communities in critical or critical situations; effectively provide health education and promotion activities for specific populations/special disease groups.
