Objectives
This programme aims to cultivate nursing professionals with global vision, virtue and talents. The programme particularly focuses on consolidating students' theoretical knowledge and research techniques in Nursing, developing their abilities in applying research output, enhancing their skills in clinical analysis and decision making, as well as their competence in leadership, management, teaching and clinical nursing practice.

Application Qualifications
Applicants of this programme shall hold a bachelor's degree in nursing or relevant majors; those who select study plan II of this programme shall also meet the following conditions:
- Macao residents;
- Nursing qualification certificate issued by authorised entities in Macao;
- At least three years of clinical nursing work experience in local hospitals, community health centres, and/or community medical service organisations.

- This programme's study plan II has been pre-approved as basic training for nurse specialist training by the Director of the Health Bureau in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, Paragraph 3 of Annex II "Nursing Specialty Training Regulations" of the Administrative Regulation No. 45/2021 "Implementation Rules for Medical and Nursing Specialty Training Procedures".
- Students are required to undertake a nine-week (total 360 hours) clinical internship on selected nursing specialties.
- The modules for specialisation in nursing specitalty will be designated by the university in each cohort.
