This course focuses on corporate strategic management issues, allowing students to gain
a comprehensive understanding of corporate strategic management, including strategic
theories and practices of corporate strategic management. It offers multiple
independent sessions discussing current research in strategic management research.
Through theoretical analysis and case studies, students can understand how classic and
cutting-edge strategic management theories and methods are applied to business
activities and learn how to apply these theories and methods to business practices.

The purpose of this course is to help students become proficient in using business
research methods as a powerful tool for theory construction and problem-solving.
Through this course, students will build the relevant knowledge and skills required to
conduct independent business research in areas such as business, management, finance,
and economics. Following the basic paradigm of business research, this course focuses

research questions, critical review of research literature, identification of qualitative or
quantitative research methods and research designs, and collection and analysis of data.
This course emphasizes an in-depth understanding of theoretical construction, enabling
students to think about research problems based on theory and in a general empirical
way. At the same time, through systematic learning, students will establish a complete
business research method system, which will help them gain more depth and breadth in
the process of writing a doctoral thesis.
                 DBAP8123 Enterprise Investigation 3 45 hrs ---
Students apply the theories learned in the teaching course to conduct an enterprise
investigation under the guidance of the supervisor. Students need to identify the
