MRKT4114 Strategic Planning 3 45 hrs ---
Well-executed strategic planning can allow organizations to predict significant changes

in the environment and foresee the resolution of problems. This course plans to develop
the following skills in students identify the needs of all parties; identify the best
methodology for the development of strategy and planning as well as its evaluation; and
able to translate the strategic and operational objectives into plans and activities and
then carry out the implementation of the strategic plan.
TRRE4111 Project 4 60 hrs ---

The Project course, as an essential component of the degree’s study plan, aims at
providing students with an experiential approach to the business environment that is
able to contribute to the graduates’ transition to working life as based upon several
components of their education. In this course we will also seek to encourage students to
generate business ideas in order to instil in them the skills of initiative and
entrepreneurship.
Remarks:
*The Programme will arrange all students to join a one-year student exchange programme at a higher
education institution in Portugal during their second year of study.
