                 ECON4112 Economy of Portuguese-Speaking 3 45 hrs ---
                             Countries
This course aims to connect the study of macroeconomic theory from previous units with

the reality of macroeconomic variables in Lusophone countries. The thematic framework
of the unit is based on the systematisation of the most relevant macroeconomic theory
topics and the definition of the economic scope being analysed. The approach
sequentially and integratively considers historical perspective, political system, and
analysis of the current socioeconomic context for each country under study. An analytical
perspective that considers different geographical scales is valued.
