Student activity in understanding Macao Military History
Centre of AI-driven Drug Discovery, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Macao Polytechnic University organized a cultural tour for first-year doctoral students, focusing on Macao's military historical sites. The students visited Mount Fortress, the Macao Security Forces Museum, and Guia Lighthouse. Through guided explorations, they gained insights into Macao's military heritage, defensive structures, and maritime history. This tour enriched the students' extracurricular experience and enhanced their understanding of local culture, fostering integration between academic research and humanistic education. The Centre plans to continue such initiatives to broaden students' perspectives and support interdisciplinary learning.
