                            On  the  basis  of  introducing  the  principles  and  functions  of  human  resource

                            management, this module trains students to use relevant theories to judge, identify and
                            analyze the organization and human resource management issues of the enterprise, as
                            well  as  to  make  innovative  integration,  planning  and  application  capabilities  in
                            combination  with  the  actual  situation.  In  this  module,  students  will  learn  how  to
                            integrate  and  develop  an  effective  human  resources  system  by  coordinating  the
                            development goals and planning of the company. They will also learn how to combine
                            human resources analysis and management and design and plan high level systems to
                            assist  enterprises  to  achieve  talent  development  goals,  exert  competitive  advantages
                            and enhance corporate performance.

                            and Technologies
                            This module introduces the information system from the perspective of management
                            and  decision-making.  It  enables  students  to  master  the  theory  and  methods  of  data
                            strategy.  Students  will  learn  how  to  implement  the  planning  and  application  of
                            information  systems  for  enterprises.  At  the  same  time,  students  are  trained  to  use
                            various information systems to assist enterprises in decision-making, as well as to use
                            information technology to enhance their competitiveness.

                            This  module  is  designed  to  introduce  the  planning,  organization,  implementation,

                            control aspects and related management functions and requirements of the operation
                            of gaming enterprises. It enables students to conduct in-depth discussions and research
                            on planning, arranging, organizing and other management issues involved in the daily
                            operations  of  related  enterprises.  The  module  will  also  examine  the  industrial
                            importance  and  relationship  of  the  roles  of  key  personnel  in  exhibitions,  event  and
                            entertainment  activities.  It  will  also  discuss  the  integration  of  relevant  management
                            cases and operational systems to propose more effective design, operation, evaluation
                            and improvement of opinions and suggestions.

                GMGT6102    Service  Quality  Management  in  3       45 hrs    ---
                            Gaming Enterprises

                            This module aims to introduce the theory of service science and management based on
                            modern  information  technology  and  service  experience  from  the  aspects  of  service
                            connotation, operation, strategy, innovation and internationalization. It emphasizes the
                            scientific management method of modern service and the relevant successful cases of
                            gaming service management, thus enabling students to effectively apply the theory of
                            service management in the actual operation of gaming enterprises.
