                              This course unit carries out theoretical teaching and practical guidance from the two

                              aspects of "learning" and "quality assurance", aiming at cultivating students' learning
                              psychology  and  the  related  theories,  methods,  and  systems  of  education  quality
                              assurance. Conduct in-depth thinking and analysis on issues such as teaching subjects,
                              effect evaluation, and quality assurance, to enhance students' awareness of reflection
                              and  criticism  on  learning  psychology,  learning  effectiveness,  and  quality  assurance
                              models and systems in teaching activities. This course intends to start from the concepts
                              of "student-centered", "result-oriented", and "teaching benefits each other", combining
                              big  data  and  information  dissemination,  to  continuously  promote  the  formation  of
                              students' innovative thinking, equality concepts, and rule awareness, and to follow the
                              teaching  and  learning  laws  and  regulations  in  learning  activities  and  teaching
                              management activities,  adhere to rational concepts and build an effective system.

                              1. Students draw on the results of the study modules in the first academic year, under
                              the guidance of a teacher or project team, through projects or professional issues, write
                              an original project report and pass the review.
                              2. The project report must be original and professional, and must also be a rigorous
                              report  consisting  of  an  introduction,  literature  review,  research  methods,  project
                              findings, explanations, conclusions, etc.
                              3. The report review is the last stage of the whole project report, and the master's degree
                              programme is completed through this stage.
                              The results of the project report should further enrich the development and research in
                              the field of cultural communication and education inside and outside Macao, and it is
                              necessary to promote related research in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
                              as an important task.

                              This course aims to build a knowledge system of history education that is both theoretical
                              and  practical  through  the  introduction  of  public  history,  the  basic  theories  and
                              development  trends  of  history  education,  combined  with  the  actual  situation  and
                              characteristics  of  Macao.  As  an  emerging  field  of  history,  public  history  has  the
                              characteristics of diversity, fluidity, and interdisciplinary application, which expands the
                              vision of contemporary history education. The content of this course mainly includes the
                              basic concepts and characteristics of public history, the development and challenges of
                              history education, and the frontier issues of public history and history education today.
                              It pays special attention to the current situation and trends of public history and history
                              education, and understands, discusses, and analyzes from multiple perspectives from the
                              characteristics of history education curriculum, curriculum setting, teaching materials,
                              teaching practice, etc., as well as the development of public history in Macao. In the field
                              of humanities education, the role and development space of public history and history
                              education.
