The reason I chose to study visual art in the first place was my enthusiasm for painting. After I was admitted to the Faculty of Arts and Design, I discovered that the course arrangement enables me to get in touch with more diversified art performances. Not only did it widen my vision, but also made me feel the enchantment of art again. Furthermore, the University and my teachers provided me with enough space and understanding for me to finish my works. Not only am I satisfied with the course and the result of creation, I’m now also able to express my true self to care about my soul and the society.

“MPU enriches our university life. We obtained treasurable experiences of studying abroad.”
MPU enriches our university life. We were provided the opportunity to exchange in Portugal and Australia, and thus obtained treasurable experiences of studying abroad. With the guidance of our teachers, we’re now able to apply theories of management in our daily lives and in our future careers. For example, by learning crisis management, we’ll be well prepared before a crisis actually happens, and to make alternative plans in time. In addition, we’re always encouraged to think independently. This is helpful in strengthening our problem handling skills.

“The teaching of the social work programme at MPU is diversified and of a high standard, as it covers localised social work skills and enables a smooth transition into graduate programmes worldwide.”
The teaching of the social work programme at MPU is diversified and of a high standard, as it covers localised social work skills and enables a smooth transition into graduate programmes worldwide. I’m now studying for my Master’s degree at the Taiwan University. The diversified learning experience I had at MPU is helpful to my current studies. I’m looking forward to continue my work of social service when I return to Macao in the future.
