黃 秋 Qiu (Jo) Huang
個人簡介
黃秋,博士。取得美國猶他大學電子與計算機工程系博士學位,並在勞倫斯伯克利國家實驗室接受博士後培訓。2009年7月起在上海交通大學生物醫學工程學院擔任副研究員,在瑞金醫院核子醫學科擔任「廣慈」引智教授。於2025年在澳門理工大學應用科學學院擔任客座副教授。她擔任科技部和國家自然科學基金計劃的專案負責人,合著了 100餘篇科學論文和30餘項專利。 她的研究興趣包括(1)醫學影像儀器設計,例如高效能的X光以及gamma光探測系統;(2)醫學影像算法設計,如核醫學影像中的重建演法、動態PET和SPECT中用於疾病早期診斷的動力學建模等;(3)影像處理和分析,例如影像分割和放射組學分析中的深度學習方法,以解決臨床問題,提高臨床診療的精確度。
