The Doctoral Degree Programme in Artificial Intelligence driven Drug Discovery at Macao Polytechnic University is a newly approved Programme by the Education and Youth Development Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region in 2023. It is the first doctoral degree Programme in the Macao region focused on artificial intelligence driven drug discovery. The application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of medicine is increasingly widespread, and artificial intelligence driven drug discovery is one of the most promising and potential areas. This Programme aims to cultivate students' abilities to apply artificial intelligence technology in the drug discovery and development process. In this Programme, you will learn about the latest applications of artificial intelligence technology in drug discovery, understand the entire process of drug development from molecular design to clinical trials. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with students from different disciplines and professional fields to solve real-world challenges in drug development.
