Objectives

This programme features in-depth discussion on Portuguese language and teaching, Portuguese-speaking countries/regions, community culture and literature, as well as the international trend of translation studies; focuses on enhancing students' research skills in the related areas of Portuguese studies, i.e. language, teaching, translation, literature and culture; and cultivate experts in Portuguese studies to contribute innovative and independent research works for the prospect of the field.
