Campus Life Talk and Rock Climbing Activity
The Student Affairs Office organized this activity on 12th November 2017 in MPI Lecture Theatre 2 and at the Centro de Juventude Do Bairro Do Hipódromo. The topic of the Campus Life Talk was “Ignite Your Dream and Passion”, the invited speaker sharing with students the effective ways to find intrinsic motivation for daily life and study. The talk was followed by a Rock Climbing Activity, aiming to encourage students to achieve self-breakthrough and confidence.
The participating students commented that the Campus Life Talk had inspired them that it is important to maintain passion during the process of pursuing success. Just as in the Rock Climbing Activity, students found that it was difficult to grab the climbing rocks on the wall. However, under the coach’s guidance and support, students had overcome their fears and tiredness, and completed their first rock climbing experience.
