Macao Polytechnic University Closes Continuously from 22 to 24 June 2022 [Post: 21/06/2022]
To prevent the transmission of epidemic in Macao SAR, according to the Dispatch No. 100/CE/2022 of the Chief Executive, all public departments of the Macao SAR will be closed continuously from 22 to 24 June 2022, except for those departments that provide urgent and indispensable services.
The above-mentioned regulation does not affect the leading officers to arrange staff to return to work or provide services for supporting epidemic prevention or other reasons relating to the public interest. The leading officers of public departments that provide urgent and indispensable services should adopt appropriate measures to ensure the normal operation.
MPU staff members who are being assigned and informed by their superiors should provide services in accordance with the work schedule.
To reduce the risk of the spread of disease, MPU staff members should stay home and avoid going out, except for urgent or indispensable reasons, to fulfill their obligations.

MPU staff members who support the mass nucleic acid testing or are being assigned and informed by their superiors should provide services in accordance with the work schedule.
To reduce the risk of the spread of disease, MPU staff members should stay home and avoid going out, except for urgent or indispensable reasons, to fulfill their obligations.

Support the Macao SAR Government's Call: Stay in Macao during Lunar New Year Holidays [Post: 14/01/2022]
In light of the changing COVID-19 epidemic situation, and for the purpose of reducing the risk of spreading the epidemic in the local community in Macao as well as protecting the health and safety of MPI students and staff, it is advisable to support the Macao SAR government's call to remain in Macao during the Lunar New Year holidays, avoid any cross-border movement or travel to those medium or high-risk regions, and reduce any unnecessary gatherings so as to minimise the risk of infection transmission.
